Huberdeau's hat trick helps Flames burn Sharks
Jonathan Huberdeau scored his second career hat trick and Elias Lindholm tallied twice as the Calgary Flames scored four times on the power play to beat the San Jose Sharks 7-2 on Tuesday night.
Huberdeau completed his hat trick with an empty-net goal with 2:41 remaining in the third period. The reigning Florida Panthers leading scorer has 11 points (six goals, five assists) in his first six games with the Flames, who have won three straight.
Pelletier scores twice as Flames beat Blackhawks
Jakob Pelletier scored two goals, Elias Lindholm had a goal and two assists and the Calgary Flames beat the Chicago Blackhawks 5-2 on Friday night.
Andrew Mangiapane and Nazem Kadri each added a goal for Calgary, which won its fourth straight game. Dan Vladar made 25 saves.
Blackhawks win in OT
Taylor Raddysh scored 2:08 into overtime, and the Chicago Blackhawks beat the Calgary Flames 4-3 on Saturday night to snap an eight-game losing streak.
Andreas Athanasiou scored twice for Chicago, and Max Domi also scored. Petr Mrazek made 37 saves.
