Kid Andersen has been selected to receive a Lifetime Achievement in Blues Award at the 44th International Blues Challenge on January 29, 2023 in Memphis, Tennessee. Andersen will be honored for his unparalleled contributions to the blues genre as a guitarist, singer, songwriter, producer, and music historian.
